Flat Ball Valve

| The Flat Ball Valve is designed
from the KF flange and has the same diameter and bore size. The ball contained
in the center acts as a valve capable of cutting off the gas stream. The center
ball and flange bore size are identical, meaning low conductance loss
and a high resistance to clogging. |

Compressor Drain Water Processing

The Compressor Drain Water Processing Unit CD-005UN processes compressed drain water contaminated with oil to a river dischargeable level
(5ppm or lower). The first tank is designed to conduct a rough filtration treatment
using static oil-water separation. Water containing oil is then transferred to the oil-water separation tank, while any floating oil is automatically drained out.
The contaminated water is then thoroughly decontaminated in the second tank
where the residual oil contents are completely removed through adsorption.
We supply two different models, the CD-005UNA which automatically drains and handles the various compressors, and the CD-005UN which requires a manual drain. |
